How do we get started?:


1. What Is The Market Value Of My Home?: Knowing the market value of your home is crucial. The decision to 
market your home for sale is made for several reasons: You've outgrown your current home, are moving to a new
location to be closer to work or perhaps you're downsizing now that the children have moved out on their own...
Whatever the reason, knowing your homes potential market value will determine how much you may spend on 
your replacement property. You may also want to know what percentage of your proceeds can be safely invested
into a retirement account. 

Many determining factors go into calculating market value: Location, condition, curb appeal, amenities, size, features and more... A proper analysis of your homes value should also include a visit to tour the property in person. From there, a thorough study of recently sold properties that are similar in size and scope should be taken into consideration. Ultimately, the current market of willing and informed buyers will determine your homes value...NOT your Realtor!  

2. Preparation For The Big Sale: Your homes value is not subject only to how many bedrooms and bathrooms it has...It's value can be greatly affected by it's appearance...Cleanliness and order inspire a buyers confidence in your home. Disarray and dust do not. Home preparation and staging can reduce your time on market and can even produce greater interest in your home, which can result in a higher sale price.
